These did not suit my body type, so I have not used any of them. The box has some creases. [About Flex Period Discs] These are sustainable, disposable menstrual products from the US that can be worn for up to 12 hours. Period Discs fit just in front of the cervix (at the vaginal fornix) and are designed to be comfortable with minimal sensation. [Recommended for] Those who want to enjoy activities like hot springs, swimming, the outdoors, traveling, or long hours of standing work without worrying about their period! Unlike pads, you don't need to worry about changing frequency or panty lines. Unlike tampons, there's no string, making bathing and saunas comfortable. They are easy to use in situations where frequent changes are difficult, and their compact size and portability make them a reliable emergency preparedness item. [Convenient Tip: Auto-Dump Function to Empty Menstrual Blood Without Mess] While wearing the Period Disc, you can empty the accumulated menstrual blood without getting your hands dirty by bearing down with your lower abdomen (pelvic floor muscles) while on the toilet. Try this especially on heavy flow days. *After auto-dumping, the disc may shift and become prone to leakage, so gently reposition the front rim behind your pubic bone with a clean finger to reduce leakage. [How to Use Flex Period Discs] ① Wash your hands thoroughly and, with clean hands, pinch the rim of the disc to make it narrow. It's important to check the front and back of the disc. Hold it so that the side with the rim and film adhesive faces downwards. ② Assume a relaxed posture and insert the disc into your vaginal opening. After inserting about halfway, use your finger to gently push it further back towards your tailbone. ③ Once the disc is fully inserted, lift the front rim and hook it behind your pubic bone to secure it. ④ To remove, hook your finger onto the rim and slowly pull it out, keeping the disc parallel to the floor. Please dispose of it after emptying the accumulated menstrual blood. *While it can be worn for up to 12 hours, individual flow varies, so you may need to change it after 4-6 hours on heavy days.
