Gymnastic Ring Harness Assist Safety Rope Gymnastic ring dream machine support Easy to install on ceilings or high horizontal bars. Height can be freely adjusted with the anchor rope. Maximum height adjustment of approximately 2.5m. The rope will be white, not black as shown in the photo. Durable up to a maximum weight of 500kg thanks to the pulley system. The harness and belt fixation (waist wrap) support a wide range of exercises, from mid-level holds to crucifix holds, ring muscle-ups, and one-arm pull-up assistance. For exercises involving momentum, such as swings, please use in a safe environment or refrain from using them as much as possible, according to usage standards. As shown in the photo, it is actually used in gymnastics facilities. The person in the photo weighs 85kg. It is used overseas for gymnastic training in gymnastics classes and CrossFit.
