EB Official Stand Mixer 8L Large Capacity with Four Types of Attachments and Seven-Speed Adjustment 1. Four Types of Attachments Whisk: Great for whipping. Beater: Recommended for preparing ingredients, excluding dough. Hook: Can be used for kneading and mixing dough. Equipped with a 1200W high-power motor and 7-speed adjustment, it allows for quiet and powerful mixing while maintaining high-speed rotation. Shortens preparation time, increases work efficiency, and makes it easier to create smooth and uniform dough. Comes with 4 types of dedicated attachments that can be used according to your needs, making it fun to cook by automating difficult processes like whipping, mixing, and kneading. 2. Three Functions in One: Kneading, Mixing, Whipping A stand mixer developed for both home and commercial use. Popular among confectioneries and cake shops. Level P: Manual mode. Levels 1-3: General dough kneading, mixing. Levels 2-4: Grinding minced meat and ingredients. Levels 5-6: Whipping heavy cream, egg whites, etc. 3. With Splash Guard Lid: Attaching the transparent lid to the stand mixer head prevents ingredients from splashing out during mixing. You can observe the ingredients without needing to remove the lid. 4. Rated Voltage: 110V 5. Powerful Cooling System There are small cooling holes on the back of the machine. This allows for extended operation. 6. Precautions: (1) Three types of attachments, excluding the stainless steel hook, are not dishwasher safe. (2) When starting, always ensure the speed adjustment level is set to 0 (it will not start if set to anything else). (3) To prevent damage from overheating or overloading, the machine body is equipped with an automatic shut-off mode. If the machine stops after prolonged continuous use, stop using it and restart after the motor has cooled down. (4) Check the assembly status: There is a circular switch on the side of the main unit. Pressing the switch will automatically raise the head part, allowing for attachment changes and bowl installation. After completing the preparation, manually push down the head part to lock it in place.
