Type A tools are used by attaching them to a vise or clamp, as shown in the example. The item for sale is as shown in the images. (The vise, ratchet wrench, table, and golf club in the example image are not included.) *This listing includes: 1 tool body and 1 claw plate. An instruction manual is included. Weight: Approximately 1.6 kg [Tool Features] ① Features a clamp cylinder shape and clamp resin to hold the club shaft, designed to reliably transfer clamping pressure to the shaft. Clamp width: 100 mm Unlike methods that involve wrapping rubber sheets around the shaft and clamping with a vise or clamp with parallel surfaces, this tool eliminates the risk of crushing the shaft. ② Shafts can be removed without cutting and removing the ferrule. (Cutting and removal may be necessary depending on the ferrule shape.) ③ Can be used to remove shafts and sleeves from all types of golf clubs except putters. ④ The main shaft of the tool is press-fitted with an oil-less bush, ensuring durability and precision, as shown in the image. Regarding tool durability, based on my experience, I have removed 30 shafts without any issues. It is still in use. [Tool Operation] ① Set the claw plate and club shaft in the designated position on the tool and clamp them. ② Tighten the clamp until the clamp handle can no longer be turned. This generates the necessary shaft clamping force for re-shafting. ③ Simply heat the club head adhesive area and operate the head removal screw. As shown in re-shafting process images 1-3. Notes ● This tool is manufactured and sold by our factory. ● In addition to this tool, please prepare a heat gun, a 17mm ratchet wrench, and a vise for securing the tool to remove the shaft. ● Although this tool is new and unused, we perform operations such as checking bolt rotation, slide confirmation of the claws, and greasing before packaging. ● There may be slight unevenness or chipping in the rust-preventive coating.
