Expanded and Reprinted Edition of the Dai Family Xingyiquan Specialized Book, Dai Family Xin Yi Liu He Quan: Essential Techniques for Combat This book explains the martial arts system, history, theory, and practice methods (Dantian Gong, footwork, techniques, applications, hand rubbing) of Dai Family Xingyiquan, Xin Yi Liu He Quan, Xingyiquan, Yiquan, and Taikiken, which have been passed down through Chinese martial arts. It details numerous specific techniques, secret teachings, and hidden knowledge, accompanied by clear diagrams and illustrations alongside the original text. This book has been well-received not only by practitioners of Dai Family Xingyiquan but also by enthusiasts of Chinese martial arts such as Xingyiquan, Tai Chi, and Baguazhang, as well as Japanese martial arts like Karate and Aikido. It sold out within two years of its release, leading to secondary market prices several to over ten times the original price. Many have requested its reissue. The first edition of this book was translated into Chinese and published in China and Taiwan, where it was highly acclaimed and was the only martial arts book selected as an Excellent Book of Northern China.
