This is a fingerboard for climbing training. It is an equilateral triangle with three different depths set on each side. The central hole is for passing a rope through, and the round holes at the vertices are for hanging by your fingers. It is made with a 3D printer. It is reasonably strong and designed not to break from hanging and doing pull-ups. Please refrain from using it in ways that apply sudden impact, such as dynamic lunges, as this is not the intended use. I weigh 75kg and use it for grip strength training by hanging it on a pull-up bar at home, and it works perfectly fine. The photo shows depths of 25mm, 15mm, and 10mm on the three sides, but you can customize all three depths within the range of 5mm to 30mm (e.g., 8mm, 13mm, 20mm). Please order according to your skill level. Colors such as black and white are available, but other colors can also be accommodated with some extra time. Please inquire about custom colors along with your desired depths. It's great for warming up at the gym, strengthening your grip at home, and its light weight makes it easy to bring to outdoor crags for a thorough warm-up.
