Vintage Coca-Cola electric wall clock in very good condition! Retains great gloss and shine to the original paint. Has a few scratches here and there, nothing that noticeable. The metal hands have some slight bending to them also. This is an authentic and original advertising clock from the 50s era. Not a new reproduction. Clock has been plugged in to test and I can hear the slight hum of the motor. I have not tested to see if it actually keeps time though. Brand: Coca-Cola with Telechron electric movement for General Electric Company, Ashland, Mass., Made in U.S.A. as marked on the rear motor housing. Item: Large round electric wall clock style advertising sign designed for indoor wall display in a soda fountain, diner, store, or home setting, powered by an AC mains cord. Design details: Deep red central disk with white Coca-Cola script and REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. text, surrounded by a darker maroon outer ring that carries gold Arabic numerals 1 through 12. Additional design: Two long white metal hands for the hour and minute, mounted over a raised center section that gives the clock a dimensional bullseye profile when viewed from the side. Movement details: Back of clock includes a brown Telechron / General Electric motor unit stamped MODEL 608, 115 volts, 60 cycles, 2 watts, along with molded installation and indoor-use instructions.
