This is a vintage WWII-era to early 1950s ceramic boudoir lamp, marked 449 on the underside (mold number). It features a square hand-painted ceramic body with a floral motif and an ornate cast brass base. This style was very common during wartime material rationing, when ceramic lamps became a staple in American homes. The lamp is tested and working. It does not include a lampshade. ⸻ Features • WWII-era / early 1950s ceramic lamp • Mold number 449 stamped on underside • Hand-painted floral design • Ornate cast brass/metal base • Working socket and wiring • No shade included • Perfect for vintage, cottage, or mid-century décor ⸻ Condition • Lamp works properly • No chips or cracks on ceramic • Light wear to the brass base from age • Cord is a later replacement but functional • Bulb not included (optional to mention) ⸻ Measurements • Height: approx. 12.5 inches (to top of bulb) • Body width: approx. 3 inches • Base width: approx. 3.5 inches
