Based in the USA, the Setwell Company became a leading manufacturer of fine garment hangers in the early 20th century, often featured in exclusive department stores for men's apparel. Key FeaturesDesign: It features a French collar curved wooden frame to maintain the shape of suit jackets and heavy coats without causing shoulder puckers.Locking Trouser Clamp: The horizontal bar at the bottom is a self-opening, felt-lined clamp designed to hold trousers securely by the hem or waistband.Materials: Constructed from heavy-duty hardwood (often maple or beech) with a sturdy metal locking mechanism and swivel hook. In very good pre owned condition, with a cracked washer as seen in photo that does not affect function.
