This is a rental-used VHS tape of the TBS drama Scary Fairy Tales: The Little Mermaid. The drama itself has not been released on DVD, and The Little Mermaid is a popular episode that rarely appears on the market, making this a rare and valuable item. Scary Fairy Tales is a TV drama broadcast by TBS from April 19, 1999, to October 4, 1999. The broadcast time was Monday from 0:50 to 1:20 AM. It is a suspense-horror work that reimagines fairy tales in a modern style, depicting their cruelty and grotesqueness. Six 4-episode story arcs were broadcast. [The Little Mermaid] Synopsis Hayakawa Shio, who works at the fashion health establishment Ningyo no Yakata (Mermaid's Mansion), is a mysterious beauty who is unable to walk and cannot speak. Three men who meet her and obtain scales from her find happiness. She makes them promise, A miracle will happen on the third full moon night, so do not betray me until then. However, tragedy strikes them... The motif is Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Little Mermaid. As this is a used, rental-discarded VHS tape that has been stored for a long time, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect product or are sensitive about its condition.
