Rare Vintage 1950s Golf Shadow Box – 3D Framed Wall Art Under Glass A distinctive mid-century vintage golf-themed wall display dating to the 1950s, featuring a dimensional shadow box composition under glass. Unlike modern or open display cases, this is a fully enclosed 3D artwork, designed as a finished decorative piece rather than a fill-your-own frame. The sculptural golf elements (club and balls) are mounted against a velvet-style fabric backing, creating depth and strong visual presence. The piece is housed in a solid wood frame with brass corner accents, giving it a classic, timeless character typical of mid-century décor. This display comes from a family collection, passed down from the previous generation, and represents an era when decorative sports art was made with craftsmanship rather than mass production. Comparable examples are rarely seen online, making this a standout piece for golf enthusiasts, collectors, or mid-century interior styling.
