The figurine is a vintage Wilton cake topper from 1978, featuring a fisherman in a boat. This comes in 5 parts (boat, man, rod, rod handle/reel, string/ fishing line). There is a peg on the bottom of the man that fits onto the boat ant the handle and rod fit together on either side of the hand. The rod can also be strung with the string as fishing line.
