Thank you for your interest. This is a disaster preparedness kit from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Water Supply. It is not for sale and is a novelty item. I believe it is rare and hard to find. The emergency drinking water backpack is very convenient and I think it will be quite useful in times of disaster. It holds 6 liters, and when worn as a backpack, it is designed so that you don't feel the weight too much. Contents: 1. Disaster preparedness wet wipes with a 5-year shelf life for emergency storage. The seal closing the opening of the wet wipes is a Tokyo Metropolitan Government Water Supply seal, and I believe this is also not for sale. It was not manufactured by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Water Supply. Disinfection. I am unsure how to read the expiration date, so please check the photos to see if you can tell. 3.
