NIKKO Nikko Double Phoenix Sansui This is a set of a sugar pot and creamer from the discontinued and rare Nikko Double Phoenix Sansui line. This is the larger size. It features a Showa retro design with a beautiful Double Phoenix pattern. There are some signs of age. Other than that, there are no other noticeable scratches, and the condition is good, but this is purely my personal opinion. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect, like-new item. [Brand] NIKKO [Category] Sugar Pot [Product Condition] No noticeable scratches or dirt [Size] Sugar Pot: Height approx. 13 cm, Diameter (handle to handle) approx. 17 cm, Diameter 8.5 cm Creamer: Height approx. 9 cm, Diameter (spout to handle) approx. 13 cm [Material] Ceramic The gold trim is still beautifully intact. There are no chips or cracks, and the condition is good. I believe it is unused. The sugar pot alone is a luxurious decorative item. There is some crazing. [Shipping] Free [Anonymous Shipping] Photo 18 shows the large and small sizes. The smaller size is priced slightly lower. *I also have a smaller size of the sugar pot and creamer. *Crazing refers to fine cracks in the glaze, not cracks that lead to breakage. Please understand. Also, there is an indentation on the bottom from the manufacturing process. *Crazing in pottery is a phenomenon where fine cracks appear in the glaze due to differences in shrinkage between the pottery body and the glaze when the fired pottery is cooled after being removed from the kiln. This is a characteristic of pottery and is considered one of the features that adds to its charm with use.
