Introducing the new Pesado x AD Coffee Automatic Leveling Spring Tamper. This next-generation automatic leveling spring tamper was developed in collaboration with 2022 World Barista Champion, Anthony Douglas. It fuses Pesado's precise design capabilities with the techniques cultivated by Anthony Douglas in the field. Anyone can now achieve accurate and consistent tamping like a professional. Featuring Pesado's signature 58.5mm tamper base and an innovative automatic leveling depth adjustment mechanism, this tamper allows for complete control over the entire tamping process and is designed to prevent vacuum and channeling. An Innovative Tamper Pursuing Precision This tamper features a new structure combining three precision parts, designed to allow anyone to easily achieve straight and uniform tamping. It is equipped with a self-leveling mechanism that automatically maintains horizontal alignment and a 3-blade depth adjustment system that can be customized to the barista's preference. This allows for millimeter-level control of tamping depth. Furthermore, the stainless steel flat base and spring force ensure consistent pressure and level tamping every time, regardless of hand angle. Ergonomic Handle Design The handle shape has been re-evaluated from scratch to enhance the consistency and precision crucial for coffee extraction. The handle has a concave shape that fits the natural curve of the thumb, making it comfortable for long periods of use and providing a secure grip. Additionally, the lower part of the handle is slightly narrowed to ensure a snug fit in the hand and a stable grip.
