Brand new and unopened. Bond E250 High-Performance Adhesive for Metal and Concrete, 2kg Set #45827 Applications: Adheres concrete, mortar, metal, stone, brick, wood, ceramics, etc. However, it cannot adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene, fluororesin, silicone resin, etc. Features: - Strong adhesion: Shows excellent adhesive effect even between steel parts. - Wet surface adhesion: Can adhere to wet surfaces. - Durability: Excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. - Gap-filling adhesion: Minimal shrinkage after curing. Clean the bonding surfaces by removing dirt, dust, oil, rust, release agents, paint, laitance, etc. For acrylic, rigid vinyl chloride, and ABS, always apply a thin coat of Bond Primer 80, and after drying, bond with E250. Treat metal surfaces and surfaces of polyester, melamine, and phenolic resin with sandpaper or sandblasting to a roughness of approximately #120. Measure the main agent and curing agent at a mixing ratio of 1:1 (by mass) and mix thoroughly. The amount mixed at one time should be usable within the pot life. Apply evenly with a spatula or notched trowel. The standard application amount is approximately 500g/m2 for smooth surfaces like metal, and approximately 800g/m2 for rough surfaces like concrete. For rough surfaces or gap-filling adhesion, applying to both surfaces is effective. Apply within the pot life and join as soon as possible. Fix and cure for at least 5-6 hours (at 20°C) to prevent the bonded object from moving. *Cured E250 is insoluble in organic solvents.
