【Limited Edition】Water Lily (Mishigusa) - Carefully Selected Single Plant Thank you for viewing. Thanks to your support, our water lilies have been welcomed into many homes through various platforms. The seedlings that sprouted from fallen seeds have grown vigorously. As we wait for them to grow, listings will be irregular. As they grow larger, the price will also increase, so those who wish to try them at a lower price are encouraged to act quickly. This is a plant that sprouted last year or the year before. It has long roots, both submerged and emergent leaves, and new shoots are emerging. At this size, it cannot grow without being planted in soil. When purchasing, please prepare your own soil separately. This water lily (Mishigusa) is the perfect size for a medaka (killifish) tank, and when it grows, it will bloom with delicate white flowers in the summer. It's perfect for those who like small water lilies. The flowers will likely bloom next year, but if the conditions are good, a flower bud may appear in late autumn. Our farm is in a warm region, and blooming continued until late November last season. After overwintering with flower buds, blooming began again in late March this season. The product is grown from seeds of flowers that bloomed last year, in the same environment as the original plant. As there are no living creatures in the tank, there are no snail infestations. There may be some algae or other substances that could not be completely removed. The photos up to the 4th image show the flowers that bloomed in our home this year. The actual plant you will receive is one plant of similar size to those shown in the 5th image and beyond. How about creating a cool water feature for the height of summer? As this is a plant, its condition changes daily. We will select and send you a good quality plant, so we would appreciate it if you could prepare the soil by the time of delivery. ~About Mishigusa~ This is a native species of water lily that grows wild in small ponds. Unfortunately, the number of these plants has drastically decreased as environments suitable for natural growth have become scarce. The leaves are small, about 7-8 cm, but they provide a good hiding place for medaka in our water lily pots. As it is a native species, it is more cold-hardy compared to regular water lilies. As long as there is sufficient water depth from the base of the plant to the water surface, it can overwinter even if the surface of the pot freezes over. #Mishigusa #WaterLily #NativeSpecies #RareSpecies #WaterLily #Suiren Type: Aquatic Plant Layout Click here for the manufacturer's site
