Thank you for viewing my listing among many products. I have been raising eels for several years. During that time, I have tried feeding them with sliced sea fish, sliced river fish, formulated feed (floating and sinking), earthworms, and shrimp. Considering nutritional balance, ease of handling, and water quality, I arrived at this feed. They grow well. I mix 130g of water with 100g of this feed before giving it to them (it becomes like mochi). You can adjust it to your preference. For ease of use, it is packaged in two 500g bags (total 1kg). The manufacturing date is January 2026. This product is from a leading feed manufacturer in Japan. It is stored refrigerated. Please use with confidence. (It will be shipped at room temperature.) I will include an example of my breeding setup, so please refer to it if you wish. Breeding period: 66 days Number of eels: 12 Water volume: 200 liters Overhead filter system (approx. 30 liters) Water temperature: 26-28℃ Initial total weight: 2800g After 66 days: 4870g Number of feedings: 43 Daily growth rate: 0.84% Amount of feed used to gain 1kg of body weight: 2.06kg (approximately half of this became meat).
