Thank you for viewing. This is a large-capacity outdoor storage bench (storage shed) from the Israeli resin furniture brand Keter. This is the model sold on Amazon for approximately 28,000 yen. With its wood-like design, it's a size that easily blends into balconies, terraces, and gardens. Being made of resin, it won't rust or rot and is maintenance-free. It has a load capacity for sitting, so it can be used not only for storage but also as a bench. [Features] ? Brand: Keter ? Material: Resin (wood-like texture) ? Capacity: Large capacity 454L ? Size: Approx. W145 × D60 × H69 cm ? Function: Can also be used as a bench (with load capacity), lid opens and closes smoothly with gas struts (see photos 2, 3, 4) ? Assembly: Assembly required, no tools needed [Condition] Used for several years, there is fading due to sun exposure from outdoor placement and signs of use (please check photos). There are no functional issues (lid opening/closing, locking mechanism, etc.), and it can still be used without problems. It will be delivered after a basic cleaning. [Delivery/Shipping Method] Due to the large size of the product, the following methods are considered: 1. Direct Pickup (Recommended) ? Location: Shinagawa Ward, Minato Ward area, Tokyo ? Will be handed over as is (assembled). ? Can also be disassembled for handover (no tools required, but reassembly will be necessary). ? Deadline: Priority will be given to those who can pick up by April 9th. Dates will be coordinated. 2. If Shipping is Desired ? Shipping Fee: Cash on delivery (paid by buyer) ? Due to the large size, the shipping fee is estimated to be 4,000 yen or more. This will vary depending on the delivery area, and the exact shipping fee will be determined after packing. ? (※ If you wish, we can also consider changing to Rakuraku Hanazono Bin (a shipping service). In that case, we will adjust the price to include shipping, so please consult us in the comments.) [Notes] ? Only the storage shed itself will be sent. ? **The items stored inside (suitcases, appliances, bubble wrap, etc.) shown in photos 1, 2, and 4 are not included.** It will be delivered empty. ?
