【Product Description】 This is the Minimo-chan low-floor wheelchair from Matsunaga Manufacturing, a leading domestic manufacturer. This is a super low-floor (semi-modular) model, perfect for petite individuals or those who want to propel themselves with their feet. It was used within a facility. It has been stored indoors, and the frame and seat (green check pattern) are in generally fairly clean condition with no noticeable dirt or tears. 【※Important: Reason for being sold as-is】 The tires are currently flat because it has not been used for a while. I tried using a bicycle pump, but I couldn't inflate them. It is likely due to deterioration of the valve rubber inside the valve, or the tire tubes require maintenance. As it is difficult for me to repair it, I am offering it **as-is (junk item)** at a lower price than the market value.
