Product Contents: 1 Top board, 4 Hive body boxes, 1 Entrance box, 1 Entrance board, 1 Bottom screen, 1 Bottom board, 1 Instruction manual *Those who purchase will receive a free gift of beeswax and tape. Product Dimensions: Top board: 33cm (length) x 33cm (width) x 1.2cm (thickness) Hive body: Outer dimensions 33cm x 33cm, Inner dimensions 27cm x 27cm, Height 15cm Entrance box: Outer dimensions 36cm x 33cm, Inner dimensions 27cm x 27cm, Height 13cm Product Features: The hive body and entrance box are made from Kumamoto cedar, with a thickness of 30mm, making them resistant to heat and cold. The wood is not charred to allow the material to breathe and easily regulate internal humidity. The goal is to maximize the bees' vitality by keeping the environment as natural as possible. A hive box that easily regulates humidity yields honey with higher sugar content. The comb support bars used in the hive bodies are 8mm thick and fitted into grooves. In our hives, the comb support bars are arranged in parallel, and the hive bodies are stacked so that the bars alternate horizontally and vertically. This arrangement minimizes the bars, which bees dislike, while providing an effect similar to a grid. It also makes it easier to insert blades, such as knives, when harvesting honey. The entrance box features a slide-type entrance board, allowing for easy inspection of the interior. The board typically creates an entrance of 6mm in height. By inverting the entrance board, you can confine the honeybees, which is convenient for transportation. Please Note: As wood is used, there may be slight variations in knots, grain, or shifts due to expansion and contraction, as well as manual assembly variations of approximately ±2mm.
