This is a stainless steel file made in Nigata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, known as a high-quality file production area in Japan. Stainless steel is very hard, and general iron files will not be able to cut it. However, this product is specially designed for stainless steel, so it can be effectively filed.
