※Saitama City direct pickup only, please. This is one of two Nishikawa Livex futon mattresses purchased about 15 years ago with the intention of having a high-quality option for guests. (Item ①) As I prefer the feel of traditional cotton futons, I never used this one for myself and kept it properly stored in its original plastic bag. It was only used once (by a friend) as a mattress topper when guests stayed over. This is a firm, three-layer type futon mattress with a filling weight of 5.0kg, made of wool blend and firm cotton padding, offering thickness and elasticity. It provides a traditional, heavy, and firm sleeping experience. Purchased as a premium model, it differs from common thin futons due to its 100% cotton outer fabric and wool blend. I recall it costing around 50,000-60,000 yen at the time, and I bought it thinking it would last a lifetime. Similar Nishikawa wool blend futon mattresses with firm padding appear to be sold for between 10,000 yen and tens of thousands of yen even now, so this should be a great deal for someone who likes it. I am selling it as I have seriously started decluttering. Due to its large size and thickness, packing it is difficult, so shipping is not possible. I will include the cover that was used during storage (washed). Please let me know if you do not need it. ※I have another one exactly like this.
