??B-Grade Steel Trowel, Size 4.5 Width is 21cm. Reason for B-Grade: I wasn't entirely satisfied with the overall balance. ??Features of this Trowel: The key feature is the anko (filling)! The anko gives it thickness, making it feel great in your hand! You really have to hold it to feel it... It extends the reach when spreading putty, making it easier to create clean lines! It's completely different from the flat trowels you find commercially! It will definitely make putty work more enjoyable. ??Background of this Trowel's Creation: I used to really struggle with putty work... I just couldn't apply it well. By chance, a craftsman acquaintance of mine had a handmade trowel with an anko filling, and I borrowed it to try. I was truly amazed at that time. It was so easy to use, and I could apply putty just like a skilled craftsman! I desperately wanted a similar trowel, but I couldn't find one anywhere. So, I decided to make one myself. Indeed, the thick trowel with the anko filling was easy to use! As I was making them, other craftsmen around me asked, Make one for me too! And somehow, I've ended up making over 10,000 of them! I've received excellent feedback from those who have purchased them! Thank you! The feedback is particularly good from those who, like my past self, struggle with putty work, or are inexperienced! I really hope you'll try it. I believe you'll come to like putty work and find it enjoyable! ??Detailed Explanation Below: This trowel is made from 0.35mm steel. Meiko brand trowels are made from 0.4mm steel. Therefore, this trowel is slightly softer and has more flex than Meiko trowels. In terms of feel, it's comparable to a Meiko trowel that has been used for about a year. I believe it's easy to use. Please give it a try. The paint finish is one coat of 2-component urethane sanding sealer, followed by two coats of 2-component urethane clear topcoat. I believe it has a very durable coating. I've made a considerable number of putty trowels, and I'm listing those with minor scratches, slight distortions, misalignments, or minor balance issues as B-grade items. These imperfections do not affect the putty application process. Thank you for your understanding. Click here for the manufacturer's site
