Okayama denim is the highest quality, top-tier Japanese-made denim. Okayama is one of Japan's leading textile cities, and Okayama denim is a general term for denim produced mainly in Ibara and Kojima. It is 10 oz with a smooth, 100% cotton feel. It is a stripe pattern with indigo blue x ecru (with slight cotton neps). It does not stretch. *This is a pre-cut item and cannot be extended. ◆Product Description◆ [Origin] Made in Japan, Okayama Prefecture [Quality] 100% Cotton [Fabric Width] Approx. 145cm width [Quantity] 1m [Thickness] Medium [Firmness] Slightly stiff [Ounce] 10 oz ◆Notes◆ *Regarding ounce notation Ounces are based on weight, so depending on the thread density, the fabric may appear thinner or thicker for its ounce rating. We appreciate your understanding. *Indigo blue fabric may transfer color due to friction, sweat, etc. If using a washing machine, indigo dye may transfer to the drum, so we recommend hand washing in a bucket. *Regarding indigo blue fabric Many scratches or wear marks on indigo blue denim or indigo-dyed fabrics often disappear after washing as the indigo dye blends in. We encourage you to try washing it once. *Thickness and firmness are subjective.
