Purchased new on Amazon about 2 years ago. (This item is currently sold for ¥22,000) The footstool was used for less than 1 year. There are some scratches on the PVC leather. Overall, there are no major tears. The footstool is made in China. The pedal support is made in Japan. The footstool has some rough finishing, such as the way the PVC leather is applied or the residue from lubricant spray on the metal parts that wasn't wiped off cleanly, but it does not affect usability. I seem to have lost the instruction manual, so please refer to the product details on Amazon or other sites. The item will be shipped in the manufacturer's original cardboard box. Brand: Behning & Sons [Footstool] Size: Footstool Product Weight: 5 Kilograms Product Dimensions: 27 Depth x 47 Width x 14 Height cm Style: Simple [Dimensions] Top width of footstool approx. 39cm, depth approx. 27cm. Width including both handles is approx. 47cm. [Height] Approx. 14cm to 23cm: Easily adjustable up and down with the dual handles. [Weight] Approx. 5kg: Finished with black PVC leather. *Note: As the height is adjusted by a handle mechanism, it can take some time to raise or lower. However, the advantage is that fine height adjustments are possible. [Recommended Height] The recommended height for the pedal support is approximately 105-125cm. For children around 105-120cm, an additional support plate (sold separately) may be required. [Pedal Support] [Height] 4-13cm (5mm intervals). Due to the structure, 6cm and 6.5cm are not adjustable. Can be used for a long time from around 110cm height until the child no longer needs pedal support.
