This is a set of hammer heads, shanks, and flanges for a Steinway D274 full concert grand piano. Price is negotiable. These parts were originally installed on a Hamburg-made Steinway in a London recording studio in the 1980s and have been inspected by Matsuo Gakki, ensuring their authenticity. The serial number allows for tracing the instrument's history and ownership. They were carefully removed and stored. As they are made of wool, they have been stored in a climate-controlled instrument room with insect and mold repellent, maintaining a humidity of around 50%. I had a tuner arranged through Steinway Japan replace these parts with new ones. They are in excellent condition! No moth damage to the felt! The string marks are faint, and they have never been filed, representing the highest quality. They can be installed and used as is. Experience a wonderful tone and resonance! And most importantly, these are genuine full concert grand parts that allow you to savor their unique touch. There is absolutely no need for filing. They can also likely be used on NY Steinway full concert grands. Adjusting parts like these alone would cost around 700,000 yen. Including parts, tuning, regulation, voicing, etc., would easily exceed 1 million yen. These parts have already undergone all necessary adjustments, so they are rarely available at this price. This is a must-see for tuners and those considering a replacement. Genuine Steinway original Renner parts! They produce a particularly wonderful resonance in the upper-mid and bass registers. The brilliance in the treble is as beautiful as if sprinkled with gold dust. I purchased the instrument that was used in the London recording studio in Japan and subsequently replaced these parts. All adjustments and work are complete, so you can consult with your tuner to further refine the sound to your preference. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability. Thank you.
