As stated in my profile, I am unable to negotiate prices, so I appreciate your understanding. Also, as this is a personal sale, please forgive me if I cannot respond as quickly as a professional seller regarding shipping. Purchased from the Sony Store (online) in April 2022. Unfortunately, I've decided to sell them because they don't seem to fit my ear shape well, and despite trying various methods, I can't get them to stay in properly. Everything shown in the photos is included. This includes the main unit, case, box, instruction manual, USB charging cable, etc. The warranty card is blank. I have also attached a screenshot of the Headphones Connect app for Android smartphones in the images. Subjectively speaking, I took good care of them, so I believe the condition is not bad. (This is just my personal opinion...) Main unit software version: 2.0.0 (Released April 20, 2023) Serial number: 5244410 I have not tested all functions of this product. There is a possibility that issues may arise after purchase due to usage environment, age-related degradation, etc., on the buyer's end. Therefore, please consider this before making a purchase. This item is not suitable for those seeking a brand-new, unopened condition or quality as if from the factory, or for those who cannot handle troubleshooting issues such as Bluetooth connection settings on their own. I apologize, but please refrain from purchasing if this applies to you. For detailed product specifications, it is best to refer to the product page: www.sony.jp/headphone/products/LinkBuds/ As a small gesture, I will wipe down the main unit with disinfectant wet wipes before shipping.
