This is an original koma (bridge) for kokyu, made in Yatsuo, Toyama Prefecture, famous for the Etchu Owara Bushi and Owara Kaze no Bon festival. (Can also be used for other types of kokyu) (Special introductory price / One-of-a-kind item) Most commercially available koma are thick to maintain strength, but this is an extremely thin, high-resonance koma. It also has a feature on the back to prevent cracking, significantly reducing the risk of the koma breaking during attachment and removal. Polished finish for a sparkling shine! ⭐︎ Furthermore, while commercially available kokyu koma are made from a single piece of bamboo, this koma is crafted by separately using 500-year-old soot-stained bamboo for the upper part and 500-year-old soot-stained bamboo for the lower part, and then incorporating genuine tortoise shell for the string groove. It is a very labor-intensive piece. Due to the intricate craftsmanship, the next arrival is undecided! First come, first served! ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・♪ [Materials] * Soot-stained bamboo & Premium genuine tortoise shell Soot-stained bamboo has a unique color (soot-stained bamboo color), is hard, and highly durable, but it is extremely difficult to obtain. [Size] Height: 6 bu 0 rin Width: 76mm Thickness: 0.7mm [String Groove] The string groove for the third string is cut slightly higher than that for the first string. Some players prefer this for easier playing. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・♪ Although this is a new and unused item, we are looking for buyers who understand handmade products. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・♪ For multiple purchases, we will offer a discount equivalent to the shipping cost depending on the number of items. Please let us know in the comments before purchasing. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・♪ [Custom Koma Orders for Kokyu, Shamisen, and Sanshin Available] * Main Body Materials: Genuine soot-stained bamboo, madake bamboo, Yakusugi cedar, black persimmon, cherry blossom, Hawaiian koa wood, Jindai cedar, paulownia, etc. * Height: Can be specified. * Quantity: Available from 1 piece. * Price: From 4,000 yen Price varies depending on materials and genuine tortoise shell patterns.
