This is an extremely rare, handmade German instrument that is currently out of production by the original manufacturer. You can search for Duclar on YouTube to hear videos of the creator playing its uniquely melancholic and indescribable tone. It is known among folk instrument enthusiasts worldwide as a phantom instrument. The creator is Vladiswar Nadishana, a multi-instrumentalist of folk instruments from Southern Siberia, now residing in Germany. The Duclar is an innovative model he developed to overcome the difficulties of the Armenian traditional instrument, the Duduk, which is said to have the saddest sound in the world. Instead of the traditional double reed, it can use a standard clarinet reed. Simply moisten the reed lightly with water and set it, and you can easily produce a tone filled with nostalgia and warmth. Even without advanced playing skills, a unique, deep tone resonates just by blowing into it. [Specifications] • Scale: E3 - G3 - A3 - B3 - C4 - D4 - E4 - F#4 - G4 - A4 • Country of Origin: Germany • Creator: Vladiswar Nadishana With the original manufacturer ceasing production, it is uncertain if this masterpiece will ever be available again. It is perfect for those who want to easily experience the charm of folk instruments or are looking for a collectible item. Click here for the manufacturer's site
