Step back into 1984 with this rare Burnt Offerings cookbook from the First United Methodist Church in Euless, Texas. This spiral-bound community gem was published specifically to commemorate the Bicentennial of Methodism (1784–1984). It features a nostalgic collection of tried and true home recipes from local church members, including mid-century favorites like Seven-Up Cake and unique Texas-inspired dishes. Authentically curated and full of local history, this book is a perfect piece of Texana history or a charming gift for collectors of retro cookbooks and church memorabilia. The witty title alone makes it a standout conversation piece for any vintage kitchen display! Item condition: Good vintage condition. The front cover shows light surface wear and minor spotting near the top edge. The back cover has a vertical crease common for its age. The plastic spiral binding is fully intact, and interior pages are clean and legible with slight natural yellowing.
