This antique commercial rolling pin showcases a robust design made from turned hardwood. Weighing 5.6 pounds and measuring 30 inches, it features a handle with a raised U marking on one metal end and a noticeable curve and cracked wood on the other end. Age related wear throughout such as scratches, dents, staining and surface marks. I have not attempted to clean or restore it. • 30-inch length and 5.6-pound weight • Turned hardwood construction • Raised U mark on handle end Possibly early 20th century: 1900-1935 but maker did not leave a mark • Curved/bowed with a crack on one handle • Extra heavy-duty design for commercial use Barrel is substantial despite considerable use Possibly maple wood, but I am not sure. Top to bottom = 30 inches. Hardwood barrel is 19 1/8 x 3 1/8 diameter Turned wood Barrel has a natural knot void Features: • rustic • All season • Distressed • Hand wash only Size: Unisex 30 long Condition: Pre-Owned Fair Crack on one handle; curved/bowed shape from age or use; surface wear throughout such as scratches, dents, stains. See close up photos. Verdigris and patina on metal end caps. Natural knot hole void on barrel. Uneven wear on barrel - see close ups. Barrel is substantial despite considerable use.
