1984 LA Olympics Thrifty Sponsored Pin Pinnacle Designs Measures 3/4 x 1 Made by Pinnacle Designs. *The detailed photos I provide for you are part of the items description and condition. Any questions, please ask. *All items ship within one business day. SKU 02838 The 1984 Los Angeles Olympics Thrifty Pin refers to a collectible pin from the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles, which featured Thrifty Drug Stores as an official sponsor. Thrifty was a popular drugstore chain that was widely recognized during the 1980s, and they produced a variety of promotional materials related to the Olympics. The pin itself would likely feature the colorful and iconic logo of the 1984 Olympics alongside Thrifty's branding. These types of pins were often given away as part of promotional campaigns, sold at souvenir shops, or given to those involved in the event, such as volunteers or sponsors. Vintage Olympic pins, especially those tied to specific sponsors like Thrifty, are highly sought after by collectors, particularly those with a connection to Los Angeles or the 1984 Games.
