#Kokin Wakashu from the 2nd Year of Genki #Muromachi Old Calligraphy ■Product Details■ This is an autograph of the Kokin Wakashu written in Genki 2 (1571). The calligrapher could not be identified, but based on signatures and seals from previous owners, it has been determined to be as follows: (1) Masatsune Hoshina (1647-1681), 2nd lord of the Aizu Matsudaira family (2) Princess Kata (1752-1829), lawful wife of Harusato Matsudaira (Uncho), 10th lord of the Izumo Matsue domain (3) Jutei Kimura (1774-1834), physician to the Sendai domain The exhibited calligraphy fragment has Jutei Kimura's seal impressed upon it. The calligraphy fragment is not glued, but it can be displayed in a frame.
