Vintage Silk Kimono – Hand-Dyed “Fire Rebirth” This one-of-a-kind vintage silk kimono has been reimagined into a wearable work of art. Originally discovered in an estate, it has been artistically over-dyed and treated using a reverse tie-dye technique to create glowing, fire-like tones of amber, ember, and smoke. The result is a dramatic piece that carries both its history and its rebirth in every fold. ✨ Details: ☆ 100% silk (soft crepe weave) that deserves handling with care. ☆ Original pattern: faint bamboo motif, now visible like shadows within the flames, layered tones of golden orange, amber, smoky brown, and ember glow ☆ Traditional kimono style, open front, mid-calf length Vintage, reimagined through hand dyeing — expect natural variations that add to its uniqueness. It's about 70 years old, and you can tell by its mending throughout that it was a cherished piece of the owner's legacy: handsewn mending, wear and tear lining and exterior, but i see them as an homage to the her. IMO, these scars dont take away its beauty. AS IS. Armpit to Armpit approx 15-18 Length approximately 45 Stock photo is AI generated and may not look or fit exact but gives you the vibe.
