For boiling water, steam, and heated air. Cannot be used with gasoline or fuel oils. Easy to remove due to its non-drying, adhesive type. No risk of ignition as it uses non-flammable solvents. Sealants used in steam boilers and turbines require good heat resistance. Furthermore, sealing with nitrogen gas, chlorine gas, etc., requires special sealant components to avoid the risk of explosions and other disasters. Helmeseal 35S is a special high-temperature liquid gasket researched and manufactured for use in such high-temperature areas or special applications. By utilizing its features and using it under appropriate conditions, complete leak-stopping effects can be achieved. Features Helmeseal 35S is based on petroleum resin and fluororesin with good heat resistance, and uses graphite and lead as fillers. It offers good heat resistance and practical heat performance that cannot be achieved with conventional liquid gaskets made of organic synthetic resins or rubber. Before application, remove oil, moisture, dust, thread cutting residue, rust, etc., from the joint surfaces. Apply with a brush or other tool to a thickness of approximately 0.1-0.2 mm or the required amount, let it sit for 3-6 minutes, then tighten. After use, seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
