I have confirmed its operation along with record listening. Now that all needle skip checks for the records I'm listing on Mercari are complete, I am listing the phono equalizer EQ-2 as it is no longer needed. ◾️ Reason for being slightly imperfect (condition) *When it's working well, I can listen to records for over an hour continuously, but when it's not working well, the sound and lamp occasionally disappear momentarily after about 10 minutes. If the sound and lamp disappear for more than about 3 seconds, pressing the power button again will restore normal operation. I believe this is likely due to a malfunction of the AUTO OFF function or deterioration of the circuit board, so it is being listed as junk due to being slightly imperfect. *There are no particular issues when used for purposes such as checking for needle skips on records. ◾️ As this is listed as junk, returns and refunds are not possible. ◾️ The SONY EQ-2 is for MM (Moving Magnet) cartridges only. Please note that operation with MC (Moving Coil) cartridges has not been confirmed. ◾️ I will include 4 new AA batteries purchased at the time of operation check as a bonus, so you can use it right away. ✅ This phono equalizer EQ-2 is also listed on other flea market apps, so it may be sold out.
